The firm represents clients with family law matters throughout the State of Maryland, including divorce, alimony, child support, custody, mediation, litigation and division of property and prenuptial agreements. Each matter is unique and we work with each client as an individual to counsel the best course of action to represent each client’s specific interests and needs.

In many cases, we encourage clients to attempt mediation to resolve their matter. Julie is a certified mediator and every attorney in our office is a certified collaborative law professional. Alternative dispute resolution provides a less costly alternative both monetarily and emotionally. But if a negotiated settlement cannot be achieved, we are well equipped to litigate. Our preference for alternative dispute resolution does not detract from our extensive and extremely successful litigation experience. We have argued divorce, custody and division of property and prenuptial agreements throughout the courts in Maryland.
